When you register as an online customer of Six Love you agree that:
(1) the information which you give shall be true and accurate in all respects
(2) you will notify us immediately if there are any changes to this information
(3) the use of this website (“the Site”) and orders made on the Site or over the telephone following use of the Site or otherwise shall be subject to these terms and conditions.
We may alter our terms and conditions (including prices advertised on the Site) from time to time but any changes made after placing an order will not apply to that particular order. The altered terms and conditions (including any changes to advertised prices) will apply to further orders placed thereafter.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us and to availability of stock.
Once your order has been placed you will receive a courtesy email acknowledging receipt of the order. Acceptance of the order for contractual purposes will take place when we send you a further email to confirm that the goods have been despatched. We aim to despatch the goods to you within 7 working days of your order where we have the goods the subject of your order in stock. If we do not have the goods in stock we will notify you within the same period of 7 working days.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time prior to the despatch of the goods and if you are a customer based in the European Union (the EU) you have by law the right to cancel the order following the receipt by you of the goods (see the paragraph headed “Cancellation” below). We extend these same rights to customers outside the EU (see the paragraph headed “Returns by customers outside the EU” below).
We reserve the right not to accept an order if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment or where an item is out of stock or withdrawn or does not satisfy our quality standards.
Orders made on the Site or over the telephone following use of the Site or otherwise are to be made by personal customers only (not by commercial users or business users).
Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard and any other methods which may be authorised on the Site from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account immediately prior to despatch of your order. You warrant when placing an order with us that the credit/debit card being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the card to use it. Further, by placing an order with us you authorise us to check on your identity and to perform credit checks; to obtain credit/debit card authorisation and payment in respect of the goods ordered.
All credit/debit card transactions on this Site are processed using Sagepay, a secure online payment system that encrypts your card details. We will take reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure but in the absence of negligence on our part we do not accept any liability for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering on the Site.
Prices shown on the Site are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT but are exclusive of postage and/or delivery charges. These will be added during the check out process.
Where an order is placed for goods to be sent to an address outside the European Union (EU) the shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer in such a case and you should check with your local customs office for current charges before placing the order. We shall not be liable for any refund where the customer fails to pay the necessary import duties and/or taxes or where a shipment is held up or delayed by the customer’s local customs office or other authority.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in GBP the final price in GBP to cover the goods the subject of the order and postage and/or delivery charges will be calculated in accordance with the prevailing exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
If you live in the EU you have the right by law to cancel your order within 7 working days beginning with the day after the day of the receipt of the goods by you. A notice of cancellation may be given by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by written notice to us at 23, Old Park Avenue, London SW12 8RH.
We are obliged to refund you the full price of the goods including postage and/or delivery charges as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day on which notice of cancellation was given. All refunds will be made to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase.
In the event of your cancelling the order we require you to pay the cost of returning the goods to us at the above address. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and in this regard we expect the goods to be returned to us in their original packaging and condition. Please ensure that when returning the goods to us you use a recorded/tracked delivery service of good standing with insurance to cover the replacement value of the goods in the event of their loss or damage in transit.
If, after cancellation, you fail to return the goods to us or seek to return them to us at our expense or return them to us other than in their original packaging and condition we are entitled to claim from you the resulting costs of such failure.
We extend to our customers based outside the EU the same rights of cancellation given by law to customers in the EU. If, therefore, notice of cancellation is given to us within the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day of the receipt of the goods by you we will refund to you the full price of the goods including the postage and/or delivery charges subject to the same terms set out above applicable to customers based in the EU.
We emphasise, again, that the goods must be returned to us in their original packaging and condition and that the postage and/or delivery charges incurred by returning the goods to us are to be borne by you. Please also ensure that when returning the goods to us you use a recorded/tracked delivery service of good standing and with insurance to cover the replacement value of the goods in the event of their loss or damage in transit.
We take great care to control the quality of our products and to ensure that they are in good condition and properly packed before despatch to customers. In the unlikely event that an item is not in good condition when delivered to you for any reason please contact us immediately by email at email@example.com. Other complaints can be made by contacting us at 23, Old Park Avenue, London SW12 8RH.
